What a week this has been! It is really starting to look more and more like Spring, and I am pleased as pie. Speaking of pie, in the past two weeks I bought two new cookbooks all about pie making. I am obsessed, really, really obsessed! Yesterday I walked down to the market and bought several boxes of berries, which I plan on putting into a pie later this afternoon.
