Hello all! I sure do apologize for the lack of posts. I had hoped to update on Sunday, but after my crazy weekend I had absolutely no energy to do so.
The catering adventure went very well. I worked non stop for three days straight, with help from two amazing friends and one amazing husband to get this vegan wedding together. The food turned out better than I could have ever imagined, and now it all seems like one big blur–I don’t know how we did it! On the menu was lasagna, green beans with cashew yogurt sauce, rice salad, green salad with an almond agave dressing as well as a red bell pepper balsamic vinaigrette. Along with that we had a fruit salad with yogurt dressing and baguettes with sun dried tomato butter. Despite the severe lack of sleep, and feeling like I was going to faint for half the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately with all the running around it didn’t even cross my mind to snap an outfit photo. Instead of my own outfit photos, I thought I would share some vintage photographs from my collection.
