It’s Coat Weather!

By Cedar | November 12, 2012

It is finally getting to be coat weather here, and I really couldn’t be happier. Our cool weather is so short lived in Southern California that I really try to fully embrace it, sometimes even pulling out the sweaters a month early just because I am getting anxious for the season to change. I have had this coat for a number of years, if you have been following this blog for a long time you may have seen it before.

We had planned a trip to the zoo this morning, but while we were getting ready we got an emergency call from my grandma’s neighbor letting us know that she had gotten locked out of her house. I ended up changing, but this is what I would have worn had we ended up at the zoo!

Coat, shoes, skirt, blouse: thrifted
Brooch: From grandma
Gloves: Frock You Vintage

What a timelessly elegant cold weather ensemble. I love the colour and length of your coat, as well as that charming sage green pair of gloves. Your a coloured glove loving gal after my own heart for sure.

    You look lovely, as always!
Love the cooler weather too, I’m definitely not a summer-person :p! Love sweaters, and cardigans and coats and hats and scarf’s and gloves… sigh!
