Here are a few random shots from the weekend.

1. Knitting! I have been doing TONS of it. There are a lot of really special little babies around me getting ready to make their way into the world. This has given me an endless amount of projects to work on. Babies really are the most fun to knit for. The projects are fast, they aren’t judgmental about colors or imperfect knitting, and they look cute in just about everything.

2. Lucy has taken to climbing on the kitchen table. Somebody make it end, my nerves can’t take this madness!

3. & 4. Beets, pickled. I had much more success with these than I did with the marmalade. I can’t wait to crack open a jar of these in a week or two after they have had some time develop their flavor.
