A Train in the Desert

By Cedar | June 1, 2012

On our first day in Palm Springs we went and visited The Living Desert, which was a zoo with gorgeous botanicals, a carousel, and this amazing train set. The animals were kind of neat, but quite honestly I can see way more at our zoo here in San Diego. The train set was what really captured my heart.

That train looks amazing! My favorite is the Juanita foods sign. Well, that and the dinosaur with the cows.

I love the teepees the most, how fun would it be to stay in a teepee park?!

Have you been to the model train museum in Balboa Park- It is AMAZING. no, for real…one of the best in the park! They usually participate in one of the free tuesdays of the month, but totally worth the price of admission if you can’t get there on a Tuesday. :)

I just LOVE this miniature exhibit.
I have never been to the San Diego Zoo; however, I did go to SeaWorld in San Diego with my husband during as newlyweds.

    :)Hope
